Hello! Purchased your app, but on iPad Air instead of connecting, just drops back to launcher. On the Windows client I see a connected for a second, but after it is disconnected again (and locks up). What am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance! What version of IOS are you running? I you don't have something like 12.1.1 it might not work. However I see that 12.1.3 is out so might be it too?

My iOS is 12.1.3 on both of my devices, and the app does support iPhone X as well (based on the description and release notes). I’ve installed the Windows client on a different PC as well (both Win10 64bit), but still not working.

Is there a way to reach for the developer? It wasn’t too expensive, but I don’t really like to pay for things that does not work at all.

The app should absolutely work with an iPad Air, assuming you're running the most current software. Does it also not work when you directly connect via usb cable?

Hi Carlos I'm close to finishing my panel for SC but I need to insert some commands, how does it work? Hey there, So you should be able to assign "Key Presses" to buttons directly in the Panel Editor. If you select a button, the "Properties" window on the right should have an option to "Record" any button combinations you want to happen when that panel button is pressed on the tablet. Hope this helps, and let me know if you need anything else

Hi. yes I know that, but I mean "commands" in "key binding type" i need this because I can't make PRINTSCREEN key work well in star citizen because this key is a little diferent into SC so I want to use the command wich is "r_GetScreenShot = 2" in SC console commands

So the "Command" type basically runs a windows console command. If you can type it into a windows Command Prompt, it should work there. I'm unfortunately not familiar with how SC console works, but if you're able to type it into a Windows Command Prompt then that's what this Key Binding Type is for

Tried with a different computer(my laptop with Win10) and with my iPhone X as well. Both run the most up to date iOS, also my PC have the up to date 64 Bit Win10. Don’t know what the problem could be. Isn’t there a debug mode just to see what causes the problem?

Unfortunately there's not really a "Debug Mode". It seems like a connection is successfully established but then broken. Are you aware of any 3rd party firewall or antivirus that may be installed on your computer? If so, you may have to allow PanelsDesktop access to whatever port is specified when you initially start the application.
