Connection issue and crashes on the Win10 client

Let me start by a "thank you" because even if I have a few issue to run it properly, I can feel the investment, and when it does work, it is an awesome tool.

- Ryzen 1700x

- 16Go ram

- SSD M.2 500 Go

- GTX 1070  (not relevant I guess)

- Win10 up to date

The Tablet is an old brandless thing I unfortunately don't have the spec at hand (will update when I can), Android is an old version too, 4.4 if I'm correct

For the record, I also tried on my Galaxy S9+ with the same issues

Game for which I try to use it : Star Citizen

So as I said in the title, I'm running in two different issues when trying to use the Panel

First, the windows client crashes randomly, sometime 3 times in a roll, sometime is stable, I didn't find the root cause for it yet, I'll try to look on the windows log and see if I can give more information on it

When the win10 app, don't crash I do connect pretty quickly, however, the panel do not load on the tablet : got a loading message, and sometime, it disconnect, and reconnect to get the same message over and over again.

I tried to change port a few time but the issue remains the same.I also tried to run the soft as administrator on the computer (no differences)

The fact that it does work sometime, make me think of the following:

- Port is open

- Tablet is powerful enough

Would it be possible to ave an exe file instead of the using the windows market to install the soft on the computer?

If so, would there be accessible logs for the software that would help on diagnosis the crashes?

If anyone has face (and hopefully solve) this kind of issue, I would gladly accept some help
