That worked, thanks. Now to see what it's capable of doing. Do I need to configure all the keypresses manually or does it take them from my control setup? Glad that worked š. You will have to set up your own keybindings manually. Be sure to use the "Record" button to record your keystrokes when setting up. It makes it much easier. Let me know if you have any questions/suggestions

Is there any way to resize or move buttons once they are created?

Is there any way to resize or move buttons once they are created? Hey Steve, Unfortunately, not yet. You'd have to delete the grid element and recreate it. I know this is a big deal for users (like myself) who like to re-edit their grids often, so this will definitely be the very next enhancement I release to the Panel Editor. This is a feature I've already begun implementing so hopefully it won't be long before I push the update out to everyone Thanks!

Is there any way to resize or move buttons once they are created? Hey Steve, I just wanted to let you know that Version 1.1.4 of the Panels Desktop Client has been released. Along with some other minor bug fixes, it gives you the ability to both resize and move buttons around the editor once they have been created. There is a "Resize" button in the Properties grid that toggles the "resize mode". To move a button, you can hold the Control Key, and use the arrow keys to relocate the button. Thanks!

Hi jakjustice, This is an issue I haven't seen before. Do you mind sharing what Android device and OS version you're using? I'll see if I can figure out the issue and give you a workaround. Sorry about that. The app is still in Early Access, and despite my best efforts I guess there are still some bugs here and there. Thanks!

Hello,
I just purchased the Android version of your fine program. I was excited to learn about it as I was waiting just for something like this for Elite Dangerous.
I am able to connect to my windows desktop, however, I get the dreaded "waiting for configured program to focus" I verified I only have one install instance on my PC.
Any help would appreciate any help I understand it is early access and will be patient as your product improves and develops.
Thanks

Thanks Ā Hey Stratos, "Waiting for configured program to be in focus" is a good thing in my book. That tells me that the application successfully connected to your device. You've verified that you only have one install, which is also good. I'm assuming you've already installed the Elite Dangerous Panel from the "Install Featured Panels" section. If not, you definitely want to do that first. If so, do you mind double checking that the "Program Path" of the installed ED panel matches the location of your ED install? You can see that under Manage Panels -> Elite Dangerous. It'll be a text box at the top. Thanks!

Hi, i've just bought the app and i'm trying to create my first custom panel. Only a question: Is there a way to add a hold function to the buttons? Thanks Firstly, thanks so much for purchasing the app and for your support. To answer your question, when you say a "hold function", I assume you're talking about a way to be able to hold down a button for a certain amount of time? If so, what you can do is record the button presses with the "Record" button. Once you've recorded the button presses (by pushing the "A" key for example), you should see this in your keybindings text box {A down}{A up} Once that's recorded, you can actually manually insert Pauses into that binding. If you want to hold the A key for 5 seconds, you can do something like this {A down}{PAUSE 5000}{A up} This will push the A key, wait 5000 milliseconds (or 5 seconds), and release the A key. Hope this helps!

I'll try to explain what I would like to do: I'm creating a gps mod panel for farming sim, and in this mod there are buttons that allow the player to shift left or right the course followed by tractors. In game, this is possible by pressing them with mouse. If you keep pressed the mouse button, the course will shift countinuously until you release it. This is what i would like to be able to repeat on the panel. Thanks again

I've purchased the app and I'm glad I did. Just had some problems has I entered the keys by hand and missed that it needed the {KEY} format. Everything was Ok after I changed that. Thank you for your work and I hope you keep developing the app.

Unfortunately, there's no way currently to be able to "hold" a button on the tablet device and have it correspond to a "held" key on the desktop. That's not a usecase I considered at all, but I can look into how difficult that would be to implement. Sorry about that!
